The hotel is located on the eastern coast between François and Vauclin, only 35-minutes from Lamentin international airport. 50 suites nestled in a tropical garden facing the coral reef barrier of the lagoon of St François. The environment is intact and the tropical vegetation is rich with refined species of plants. The interior decoration is in harmony with the “spirit of travel”. The spa, built with fine marble is the most luxurious in Martinique. The Lagoon resort and spa is looking forward to welcoming visitors.

Relais and Chateaux... Only suite and spaces.

Suites : The Relais and Chateaux lagoon resort is a suite only resort, truly living spaces, with colorful interiors made of natural materials. A special emphasis was put on authentic textures and cloths like abaca wich ornate the bedrooms or exotic woods which filter the sunlight. The 50 suites are divided up into 18 Creole style villas, with a view to the tropical garden or the ocean:

- "Garden or Ocean view" suites 55m
- "De Luxe" suites, with private pool and ocean view 60m
- "Executive" suites, with private pool and ocean view 130m.

All suites are equipped with:
- Terrace.
- Air conditioning and roof fan.
- Bathroom with separate toilet, bathtub and shower. All De Luxe and Executive suites have a shower outside in a small enclosed garden.
Two sinks, hairdryer, mirror, weighing machine, telephone.
In the bedroom: King size bed (80 x80 inches), Desk, Telephone, and closet spaces.
Dressing room in all executive suites.
- In the living room, 32 inches TV with plasma screen, satellite access, DVD. Maxi bar with fridge, espresso machine, ice cube machine. Safe. Cordless phone, Internet access and fax. Sofa and loveseat.
- Third party in the room with supplement.

Beach restaurant “Le Campêche” refined evening table “Le Belem” , bar “Le Cohi-bar” serving fresh fruit cocktails, wine cellar, cigar cellar and exceptional old rum collection. The Relais and Chateaux Lagoon Resort & Spa offers a specialized deluxe menu with the best local products. Restaurants:
"Le Campêche" is located on the beach and offers a large choice of salads, fresh grilled fish and lobster (fresh from the lobster tank on location).
"Le Bélem" offers a Grande Table diner menu. The wine cellar has more than 120 varieties of wines from the main wine regions of France.

- Spa with individual massage room, steam room, seaweed and mud therapy, balneotherapy, hydrotherapy. Manicure, pedicure and facials available. In collaboration with GUERLAIN
- High sea fishing available
- Excursions to nearby islets available
- Golfing (18 hole golf course in Trois Ilets)
