Cuisinart Resort and Spa, visit the Hydroponic Farm.

While in Anguilla you must visit the Hydroponic Farm at Cuisinart Resort & Spa. The Hydroponic Farm was built in 1999 ready for production by the opening of the Resort in 2000. It provides Cuisinart Resort & Spa with unique fresh “backyard” flavored tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce and herbs harvested daily.

The farm has been managed by Dr. Howard Resh since its onset in 1999. It is popular for the guests of Cuisinart Resort & Spa in addition to the general public. Tours are conducted three times a week: Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 11:00 AM.

There is no charge and it is open to everyone. If you have interest in gardening and especially hydroponic culture your visit will be rewarded in learning this fascinating and efficient way of growing plants without soil with conservation of water.
